Arkansas has been fortunate to have had many nationally renowned Governors over the years along with excellent representation in Congress. Many of our Governors have gone on to serve in Congress. And a few have gone on to jail. Yes indeed, Arkansas has a colorful past steeped in greatness and in tragedy along with embarrassment for the state. But, the outstanding leadership of many far outweighs the shortcomings of a few.
